New sports tracking functions: support triathlon, multi-star multi-frequency positioning, running power, training status, HRV status and other functions, to help sports enthusiasts to train more scientifically.

Longer battery life: up to 14 days in smart mode and up to 30 hours in GPS mode.

Enriched health monitoring functions: Support 24/7 heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, blood oxygen saturation monitoring and other functions to help users better understand their health status.

The Forerunner 255 series has a number of new sports tracking features. These features can help sports enthusiasts train more scientifically and improve athletic performance.

Forerunner 255 series has added the support for triathlon, which can automatically recognize the three phases of swimming, cycling and running, and provide detailed exercise data. This is certainly a very practical feature for triathlon enthusiasts.

Forerunner 255 series adopts multi-star multi-frequency positioning system, which can provide more accurate positioning information. In complex environments, such as high-rise cities or mountainous areas, the Multi-Star Multi-Frequency Positioning System ensures that the user gets a more accurate exercise track.

The Forerunner 255 Series measures running power to help runners understand how efficiently they are running. Running power is an important indicator of running performance and can help runners find the most suitable running pace for themselves.

The Forerunner 255 Series evaluates the user's training status to help determine whether the user is overtrained, undertrained, or recovering from training. Training Status can help users avoid over-training or under-training, thus improving training efficiency.

The Forerunner 255 Series measures the user's HRV status, a key indicator of recovery, to help you determine if you are ready for your next workout.

The range of the Forerunner 255 Series has also been significantly improved. It lasts up to 14 days in Smart Mode and up to 30 hours in GPS Mode. This means users can wear the watch for longer training sessions without worrying about running out of power.

The Forerunner 255 Series also features a wider range of health monitoring features to help users better understand their health. These features include:

All-weather heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, blood oxygen saturation monitoring, stress monitoring, and women's health tracking.

The launch of the Forerunner 255 Series marks another breakthrough for Garmin in the field of running watches. This series of watches will provide sports enthusiasts with more professional training guidance to help them improve their performance more effectively.
